Founded By Glenn R. Davis
The Chowder and Marching Club was founded by Glenn R. Davis of Wisconsin in 1949. Some of its members included Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. It even had some members like the Secretary of Defense and Secretary of the Interior. It also had 10 Senators and 5 Governors. This secret group was said to have ran America.
